Meet Caitlynn Eldridge
Caitlynn’s path to accounting wasn’t exactly conventional—it started with a single sentence: “Accounting is fun.” (Her words, not her professor’s.) That offhand comment sparked a career pivot from general business to accounting, and she hasn’t looked back since.
Her early years were spent climbing the ranks at big-name public accounting firms. But while the work was technically impressive, the environment? Not so much. The paper-pushing, high-stress grind left little room for real connection with clients—and Caitlynn knew that wasn’t how she wanted to build her career.
So, she did what any bold, client-centered accountant would do: she built her own consultancy. For years, she helped women service providers and solopreneurs take control of their numbers and make confident financial decisions. But the vision kept growing—and after one too many “we should really do this” chats with Seanna, Prospera Strategy was born.

Seanna’s career in accounting didn’t start in a classroom—it started in the field, growing up working in her family’s engineering and construction companies. That boots-on-the-ground business experience gave her a deep appreciation for the behind-the-scenes work it takes to make a company run—and sparked her passion for helping business owners build financial systems that support growth and sanity.
Today, she helps entrepreneurs across the country move beyond reactive money management into proactive, sustainable financial strategy. Whether it’s streamlining accounting systems, solving messy tax puzzles, or helping a business owner reclaim their evenings from endless spreadsheets—Seanna’s in it for the big picture: thriving businesses and thriving humans.
She lives in Merritt Island, FL with her husband, daughter, and their newest tiny crew member—who has strong opinions about nap schedules. When she’s not managing the chaos of client finances or family life, you’ll find her and her husband sailing the coast or dreaming up their next bareboat charter adventure in the British Virgin Islands.
