We are industry agnostic, but we do have a few areas where our experience is especially strong. We work very well with businesses in the AEC space (architecture, engineering, and construction) because our team understands how project-based firms operate, how revenue and expenses move through the business, and how important clear reporting is for making confident decisions.
About half of our current client base is in the AEC industry, and roughly 40% of that group is made up of architecture firms. We also work with other professional service businesses that need stronger financial systems, better visibility into profitability, and more strategic support around cash flow, planning, and growth.
Our best-fit clients are usually businesses that have moved beyond basic bookkeeping and need a more thoughtful accounting relationship. They want clean financials, clear communication, and a team that can help them understand what the numbers are actually saying.
That said, we are not the best fit for every business model. We generally do not serve manufacturing companies or businesses with large inventory needs, because those companies often require a different accounting structure, inventory controls, and operational focus than the work we specialize in.
